Our professional development workshops are designed to support professionals in the mental and emotional health field to further develop their therapeutic capabilities.
The teaching is based under the principles that to guide someone along a path, one must have known the terrain directly. For this reason, our workshops take place in a participatory context, which, although it incorporates solid
theoretical elements, tries to provide direct experiences of the principles of healing that are taught. In this way, participants make more efficient use of the teaching space, increase their own well-being, and use their time
The topics covered are typically tied to a perspective of complexity and chaos theories, and under that lens, we explore working with emotions, identity, attachment, body awareness, and aspects of the collective and transgenerational
dimensions of trauma.
The workshops are available to be given in interested institutions, or in one of our available spaces.
